Certified nursing assistants are in great demand even as the joblessness rates skyrocket to all time highs. When considering CNA training, an individual could choose which direction they would like to take their career to. There are hospitals for Veterans, children and babies, cancer hospitals and women’s only hospitals. There are also a number of specialty clinics in which a certified nursing assistant could work in instead of a large hospital.
