I’ve been blogging for 4 years, and I’ve been blogging for a company called PayPerPost for just over a year. I discovered the company while sitting in a doctor’s waiting room in July of 2006, in a Business Week article. I was intrigued by the idea of paid blogging, never having realized such a thing was possible. I signed up that day, and set a goal for myself of getting paid enough each month to cover my hosting fees, approximately $10 a month at that time.

I’m not someone who knows a lot about SEO or internet marketing, and I’ve never done anything like this before. I just like to blog, and I enjoy writing. I’ve met new people and my blogs have doubled and tripled in traffic.
